The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission has published a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin announcing their proposed exemption to allow for the stocking of trout at Freeman Run, a Class A wild trout stream. The decision regarding stocking will be made at the October 27, 2025 meeting in Harrisburg.
