We are excited to announce the Keystone 10 Million Trees Partnership. PA Trout has joined forces with 135 other partner organizations, and together we will plant 10 million—that’s right, 10 MILLION—trees in Pennsylvania by the end of 2025. Roughly 25,000 miles of rivers and streams in Pennsylvania are damaged by pollution. But we can fix that with trees. Trees filter water, stabilize river banks, lower the temperature of the rivers and streams creating better habitat, and the list goes on. In short, clean water grows on trees.
