Registration is open for the Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited 2026 Annual Meeting
Saturday, September 12, at Haywood’s on the Green, 43 Fairway View Drive, Mill Hall. Doors open and sign-in begin at 8 a.m., and the meeting starts at 9 a.m.
The Annual Meeting is the one day each year when members and chapter leaders from across the Commonwealth are all in the same room. This year’s program includes updates on PATU programs and partnerships, the annual election of council officers, guest speakers, chapter roundtable discussions, advocacy opportunities, presentation of the 2026 PATU Awards, lunch, and an opportunity drawing.
Cost
Registration is $60 per person, which covers the meeting and lunch. Opportunity drawing tickets are sold separately at the meeting.
How to Register
Both registration options run through the online registration form:
- Pay by credit card — Select the “Credit Card Only” ticket type and complete your registration. A small processing fee applies.
- Pay by check or money order — Select the “Check or Money Order Only” ticket type, then print your confirmation and mail it along with a check for $60 per person, payable to “PA Trout,” to PA Council of Trout Unlimited, P.O. Box 5148, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Write “2026 Annual Meeting” in the memo line.
The registration deadline is Friday, September 4. Checks must be received by that date. A final headcount is given to the venue the following week, so please register by the deadline rather than plan to walk in.

Chapter Delegates
Each chapter’s president, or a single designated delegate, votes in the officer elections. If your chapter is sending a delegate, settle who that is now and make sure that person is registered.
Getting There
Mill Hall sits just north of Interstate 80 in Clinton County. There is no room block for this event, but hotel options are available in Lamar at the I-80 interchange and in nearby Lock Haven for anyone coming in the night before.
