In collaboration with the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, we are now offering a new, second-generation plate design featuring artist Ned Smith’s “The Last Drake,” an original artwork depicting a brook trout airborne in pursuit of a Green Drake. The plates are aluminum and have a clear coating to protect from scratching. Proceeds from the sale of this decorative, non-registration front license plate will be utilized by PA Council to support projects dedicated to the conservation, protection and restoration of wild Brook Trout populations in PA.
