The Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Waterville Fire Hall in Waterville, PA. Join us for updates about PATU programs and partnerships, participate in state officer elections, hear from special guest speakers, learn about advocacy opportunities, and network with PATU members from across the state. Ticket price includes entry to to the PATU annual meeting and lunch. Raffle tickets will be sold separately. SPEAKERS Brian Wagner will provide an update on initiatives spearheaded by PATU’s conservation committee. National Trout Unlimited Representative Scott Koser will present priority water updates in Pennsylvania and national TU stream improvement projects in the Pine Creek watershed. Ralph Scherder, editor of Dark Skies Fly Fishing magazine, will discuss fly fishing for Maine brook trout and how it relates to angling for native brook trout in Pennsylvania. PA Fish and Boat Commission’s Cold Water Unit Leader Nathan Walters will present a program about the Commission’s current fisheries management program related to cold water resources.
